Overview: To help create a first-class athletics experience for students and the surrounding community, Caddo Mills ISD engaged Gallagher, a Cumming Group Company, as Construction Manager-Agent for its new Baseball/Softball and Tennis Complex. The baseball and softball fields feature artificial turf, shaded bleachers, modern dugouts, lighting, scoreboards, two press boxes, and full A/V integration, alongside a 2,400 sq. ft. concession and restroom facility. The project also includes a 21,000 sq. ft. covered practice pavilion with batting tunnels and a tennis complex with four custom-logo courts, shaded spectator areas, and a 1,600 sq. ft. support building.
