Gallagher effectively oversaw the construction of a new academic building that was connected to the high school’s existing auditorium. This new building included classrooms and a dining area featuring a mobile serving line. Additionally, the project encompassed the creation of a new secondary gym, band hall, and CTE (Career and Technical Education) building, complete with welding and woodworking shops, classrooms, an office, storage facilities, lockers, and a paint area. Furthermore, Gallagher handled the renovation of the auditorium and the addition of new parking spaces.
