Overview
Gallagher provided construction manager-agent services for Farmersville High School’s new construction and expansion projects, including a Multi-Purpose Building and Band Practice Area, a first-floor classroom addition, and a new Band Hall. The Multi-Purpose Building is a 38,840-square-foot facility featuring a 120-yard indoor/outdoor artificial turf practice field for football and soccer, equipped with a retractable Mega Door, and an adjacent 33,000-square-foot paved band practice facility. The first-floor classroom addition includes 10 new classrooms, new hallways, stairwells, restroom facilities, and smart boards. The new Band Hall includes office areas, restroom facilities, percussion ensemble spaces, storage rooms, individual practice rooms, and a corridor connecting to the existing building.
