Overview: Dr. Mary Moses Health Science Center positions the College as a leading destination for health science education in the region. Gallagher, a Cumming Group Company, is proud to serve as Construction Manager-Agent for this four-story facility. The first level serves as a hub for campus life, featuring a large lecture hall, student lounge, IT services, and flexible multipurpose spaces that open to a new exterior quad. The top three levels support the core health sciences program and are organized around three academic quads: Skills and Simulative Learning, Instructional Learning, and Faculty Suites, all connected by a central atrium. A 24,000-square-foot simulated hospital on the second level anchors the building’s hands-on, immersive healthcare training environment.
