Overview

Gallagher provided construction manager-agent services for new additions to Lucyle Collins Middle School. The additions included a two-story academic wing with classrooms, science labs, fine arts, collaboration areas, and a gym/storm shelter. The renovation work included expanding the existing cafeteria, installing a new serving line, P.E. locker rooms, a new art room, and renovating part of the administration offices.
