Overview

Gallagher provided construction manager-agent services for Normangee ISD’s 2022 bond program, which involved the construction and renovation of various facilities. The program included the construction and renovation of a 9,000-square-foot Agriculture Facility, comprising two classrooms separated by a folding partition, an office, a computer lab, restrooms, and a spacious workshop. Additionally, it encompassed the renovation of a 4,200 square-foot CTE (Career and Technical Education) building, featuring a CNA Lab, Floriculture Lab with walk-in storage, restrooms, and an extra classroom. The project also included the construction of a greenhouse, a 12,000-square-foot classroom addition, and the renovation of a 3,000-square-foot cafeteria and its seating area.
