Overview: In response to growing enrollment and facility needs, Pottsboro ISD partnered with Gallagher, a Cumming Group Company, to deliver a new middle school totaling 73,198 sq. ft. As Construction Manager-Agent, we oversaw the construction of new general and fine arts classrooms, a choir and band hall, restrooms, administrative offices, and a storm-hardened area designed to meet FEMA safety standards. Two existing gymnasiums were also renovated as part of the project, and sitework included sidewalks, fencing, paving, landscaping, and canopy structures.
