Gallagher provided construction management services for the new Sunnyvale Intermediate School in Sunnyvale, Texas. The building is 75,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate 600 students in grades 3, 4, and 5. There are dedicated spaces for art, science, music, and special education as well as classrooms, small group rooms, a media center, a cafeteria, administrative offices, and a gymnasium that also serves as a storm shelter.
