Overview: To replace aging infrastructure and bring all grade levels under one roof, Throckmorton Collegiate ISD partnered with Gallagher, a Cumming Group Company, to serve as Construction Manager-Agent for the construction of a new 62,995 sq. ft. two-story school. As a collegiate district, Throckmorton CISD emphasizes early college access through dual-credit opportunities and partnerships with higher education institutions, enabling students to earn college credit while completing their K–12 education. The new facility includes academic classrooms, a science lab, gymnasium, weight room, media center, administrative offices, and restrooms, along with an elevator to ensure full accessibility. A centrally integrated storm shelter provides additional classroom, restroom, and storage space to support safety and emergency preparedness. Outdoor improvements included new parking areas, sidewalks, and a covered dining space.
