Overview: Gallagher oversaw the management of Van Alstyne ISD’s new high school. The facility, which spans 273,000 square feet over two stories, offers various amenities such as a media center, administrative offices, a dining hall, fine arts facilities, science laboratories, and core classrooms. The high school serves students in grades 9 to 12, accommodating up to 1,000 students. Additionally, provides Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, including A/V technology, broadcasting, business information systems, family and consumer sciences, culinary arts, robotics and engineering, and an agricultural shop. In the future, the school has plans to add athletic facilities across the site and increase the student capacity to 2,800. ($120M)
