Overview

Gallagher provided construction manager-agent services for Whitewright ISD’s new CTE building and high school renovations. The 14,500 square foot CTE building offers students four new classrooms and a vocational shop area for courses, including Welding, Floral Design, Animal Science/Vet Tech certifications, and space for instructional livestock areas. Additionally, an athletic field area was added for track and field.

The high school renovations involved repurposing the Ag Building into a Fine Arts and Theater area, complete with a new stage, lighting systems, and a theater practice area. The cafeteria was also renovated, with an additional serving line and updates to the existing serving lines.
